Accomplishment This Week : 

- Menambah kategori baru; bloombag dan bloombox

- Mengupgrade tampilan feeds pada akun instagram

- Meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dalam berkomunikasi dengan customer

 

Key Issues, Concern : 

- Sulitnya menemukan ciri khas yang dapat membedakan florist kami dengan yang lainnya

- Sulitnya menerima orderan di saat weekday karena semua anggota tim masih kuliah

 

Things Learned : 

- Sedang mempelajari tentang buku yang di rekomendasikan yaitu Marketers Tell Story by Seth Godin untuk dapat mengcreate story sendiri

 

Plan for Next Week : 

- Melanjutkan membaca buku

- Mulai mencari arti-arti dari setiap jenis dan warna bunga

- Mencari quotes-quotes yang tepat untuk dijadikan konten instagram agar lebih bermakna dan menarik
