Issues: incorporating the perfect recipe, receive and still processing several ideas, haven't found the right type of packaging, haven't purchase a larger oven so the baking process is long and tiring.

Things learned: not too overcook the cookies, press down the cookies so it is not too thick and hard.

Plan: try to sell the cookies as real market test in one or two weeks from now, find packaging prototype, progress on photoshoot and instagram feeds.
