Our Company SMART GOALS:

Specific:  Bringing back traditional cakes to the modern world  by putting our own value and uniqueness.

Measurable: We measure our progress by setting a weekly target. The target majorly is about the development of our business in every area, and it shows if we already achieve the target or not.

Achievable: By the review of our surrounding and also our Pucel Coach, we believe that our goals are achievable and therefore we're going to conduct more survey by google form.

Relevant: We're going to conduct a survey in instance. But by the live review by talking, we believe that our business are relevant. 

Time-Bound:: We got one week to make every development in every area of our business. For example, this week a survey should be done, also the brand and the packaging should already been discussed and made.

Meeting Pucel Coach

We met Ko Vian, Ko Alung, and Ko Eka. From the coaching, we got so many insight, especially for cakes. Because they used to sell cakes before us in TAEL too :)
