  • Website that is analyzed: Gojek.com
  • Tool that used: 5Cs
    • Company: Gojek, Superapp for daily needs.
    • Customer: People who live in Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Philipine and need transportation, food delivery, and another daily needs, estimated more than 180 million people.
    • Context: Gojek is a company which runs in technological and economic sector by providing services for people in daily needs.
    • Competitor: Grab, another Superapp in daily needs, but focus on transportation and food deliveries.
    • Collaborator:
      • Partners with Gojek who open online stores, especially in food and beverage, to collaborate with Gojek.
      • Drivers who are Gojek driver. They can be motorcycles driver and car drivers who get orders from Gojek servers.
      • Partners who get order from Go-clean and Go-massage. They get order based on online from Gojek servers and app.

  • Planning and discussing with sources to the Life Sharing Experience.

Shark Tank Pitch

 

Hi, guys. Today, I’m looking for Rp 50.000.000,00 in exchange for 10% shares. As we know, media is a very great platform in business, like paid promoting, endorsement, and such else. Media is a good way to express somethings.

Gen Z is a media platform that targets specific viewers and followers, those are teenagers and young adult who are bornt between 1995-2010. Gen Z is a media that brings informations that are needed for teens and young adults with fun way. We realize that teens and young adults have to have a media that gives them insight and informations about life, present problems, and other things related with youth life.

Gen Z also makes event with a purpose to equip young people to develop themselves. The event can be talkshow, public lecture, workshops, etc. Now, Gen Z’s Instagram has gained more than 600 followers since January and increasing around 20 followers every day. We are reached more than 12 thousand accounts in a week, more than a thousand profile visits, and publish around 7 posts every week. We are planning to expand our media to Youtube, Twitter, website, and starting podcast series.

With the investment we get, we will use the money to increase promotion, plan and execute an event, and also produce merchandises. We believe with the investment, we can achieve that goals and in a year, we will start gaining profit and revenue from ads, endorsement, event sponsors, merchandise, and paid promote.
